This Agreement is a legal contract between Charveesh Enterprises, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), and the User (“You”, “Your”), governing the use of the astrology consultancy services provided under the brand name Karmleela through its mobile application, website, and related services (“Platform”).
By accessing, installing, or using the Karmleela Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Company: Charveesh Enterprises, the registered legal entity.
Brand: Karmleela, the brand name under which astrology consultancy services are offered.
Platform: The Karmleela mobile app, website, and associated digital services owned and operated by Charveesh Enterprises.
Astrologer/Advisor: Verified astrologers, consultants, or service providers onboarded by the Company.
User: Any individual accessing or using the Platform’s services.
Services: Astrology consultations, reports, remedies, puja bookings, and other related offerings.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Karmleela provides astrology-based consultancy for guidance and entertainment purposes only.
The services offered are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Users must consult licensed professionals for such matters.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, success, or effectiveness of predictions, remedies, or suggested actions.
Provide accurate and complete personal/birth details for consultations.
Use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and non-abusive manner.
Avoid fraudulent or malicious activities that may harm other users or astrologers.
All astrologers are independently contracted with Charveesh Enterprises.
Astrologers provide services in a professional but independent capacity and are not employees of the Company.
The Company acts solely as a facilitator between astrologers and users, and is not responsible for astrologers’ personal views or interpretations.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
Fees for consultations, remedies, or puja services are non-refundable, except in cases of transaction failures or technical errors.
Promotional offers and discounts are subject to change at the discretion of Charveesh Enterprises.
User data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal details (such as birth data) may be shared with astrologers only for consultation purposes.
The Company will not sell, misuse, or exploit user data.
Charveesh Enterprises shall not be liable for:
Accuracy or effectiveness of astrological predictions/remedies.
Emotional, financial, or personal outcomes of consultations.
Services provided by third-party vendors linked through the Platform.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User for the disputed service.
All content, logos, branding, and features on Karmleela are the intellectual property of Charveesh Enterprises.
Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or misusing content without prior written consent.
Users shall not:
Create fake or multiple accounts.
Harass astrologers or other users.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.
Use the Platform to promote competing astrology services.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts in case of:
Violation of these Terms.
Fraud, misuse, or harmful activity.
Users may delete their accounts at any time, but past transactions remain legally binding.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Udaipur, Rajasthan, India].
Disputes may also be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Charveesh Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Astrology is a matter of belief and faith, and results may vary.
The services under the Karmleela brand do not claim to alter destiny but aim to offer guidance for better decision-making.
