Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Charveesh Enterprises (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), the registered legal entity operating services under the brand name Karmleela.

By purchasing astrology services, rituals, or products through the Karmleela Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Consultations & Digital Services

  • All astrology consultations (call/chat/video), reports, and remedial guidance are personalized and non-transferable.

  • Once delivered, these services are non-refundable.

  • If a service is missed due to astrologer unavailability or technical failure, we will offer a reschedule or service credit.

  • If a puja booking cannot be performed due to our internal failure, we will provide a full refund or reschedule.


2. Astrology Products (Mala, Yantra, Rudraksha, Gemstones, etc.)

  • Users may request a return/refund within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received and verified by our team.

  • Shipping charges (both forward & return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong item delivered.

  • Customized or consecrated products (e.g., energized yantra, siddh mala) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their spiritual nature.


3. Reports & Remedies

  • Astrology reports and remedial guidance are digitally prepared and customized; hence, once delivered, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • In case of technical failure (e.g., non-delivery due to system error), the report will be resent at no extra charge.


4. Puja & Ritual Services

  • All puja and ritual services are arranged in advance with respective astrologers/pandits/vendors.

  • Once a puja booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If the puja could not be performed due to our internal failure, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.

5. Duplicate & Failed Transactions

  • Duplicate payments (if any) will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.

  • In case of failed transactions where money is debited but not credited, refunds will be processed by the bank/payment gateway. The Company will provide assistance but is not responsible for delays.


6. Cancellations

  • User-initiated cancellations for services are not permitted once booked.

  • For product orders, cancellations are allowed only if requested before the product is shipped. Once shipped, the 7-day return policy will apply.


7. Company Rights

  • Charveesh Enterprises reserves the right to reject refund/return requests if items are used, damaged, or returned after the 7-day period.

  • Refund abuse, fraudulent claims, or misuse of this Policy may result in account suspension.

  • The Company may revise or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Astrology services are intangible and customized, hence non-refundable. Astrology products are covered under a 7-day return/refund window (except consecrated/custom items). This ensures fairness to both Users and Service Providers while maintaining spiritual sanctity.
